… a touch of the Oriental as was seeing on the catwalk during Spring/Summer 2013 season for it is mysterious, beautiful and faithfully timeless. The richness of textures and deep shades and the graphic shapes can appear to anyone who loves art deco, too.
The Aperlai Geisha shoes caught my eye because of the burgundy velvet and the pointe-shaped toe (similar to Dior’s Fall 2012 collection), and as I clicked, I saw the sculptural gold flecked heel that was simply mesmerising, especially when you look at it from the back.
Just beautiful.
