Spent time staring at the screen, gathering thoughts and trying to come up with the opening sentence. Went off, found pupster sleeping on my pillow, gave him a quick cuddle, returned to the PC. No catchy line for the blog, as you can see.
How was your weekend? Ours went so quickly it’s almost unfair. Most of it was spent at home since I am still recovering, but we did manage to take the dog to one of his (and lets be honest, our) favourite places where he could run free and get back to innocence while we wandered through the wilderness soaking up some sunshine and inhaling intoxicating fragrances of lilac and elderflower blended in the cool crisp air - the most beautiful perfumes nature could only create this time of year.
