For somebody who doesn’t like shopping the excitement that comes with the new collections hitting the stores always feels surprising. I think it’s the love for fashion and beautiful things that pushes my inner buttons and makes my brain feel dizzy for a few blissful moments.
And just like any girl I like sharing my love for those gorgeous things and trinkets with those who, I feel, will appreciate it – the wonderful and forever supporting you.
Although the autumn is still a few weeks away, I allow myself to dream a little whilst browsing the pages of look books and picking through the first crops as they appear on-line.
The Whistles Autumn/Winter designs are a season’s perfection. It seems that the brand has something beautiful for every girl out there no matter what style she loves. The collection shown as a part of London fashion week and originally inspired by the camouflage is a cosy and chic affair a la mode, a mix of soft and huggable boxy sweaters, chunky knits, leather and graphic prints.
It was the dusty rose angora jumper that caught my eye – it looked like a cloud and seemed warm, and being warm is practically my motto in winter. My other favourites included a suede bag, matching shoes, a cable knit sweater and a beautiful navy coat, but frankly, I am just being modest about my wish list.
