Happy New Year!
Stylish quote
Baby, baby…
After reading in Irreverent that Carine Roitfeld was inspired by Russian tsarevnas (Great Duchesses, daughters of Nicolas II) when styling the group photo, I became obsessed with finding the entire story and finally, last night, weeks after I’ve started, it appeared out of nowhere, as if by magic.
That very shot is still my favourite. I just love the details and romance of it, though it does make me sad, too, for the girls look like angels reminding of the tragedy that happened in 1918.
Still, there are smiles and sweetness that make every photo so special and I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.

It’s a boy!
Finally the baby, the third in line to the throne, the first Prince of Cambridge in 190 years is here. The little prince was born at St Mary’s Hospital, West London, on 22 July at 4:24PM weighing 8lbs 6 oz, and I am celebrating this moment in British history the only way I can – with the most memorable and adorable fashion editorials and campaigns created over the past ten years.
